Overview

ScintiPlate-96, White Polystyrene, 96-well Microplate, Tissue Culture Treated, Clear Wells with Scintillator. A bioactive surface and a scintillator in one, ScintiPlate is a 96-well flat-bottomed plate in 8 x 12 format with clear polystyrene wells, containing a scintillator, permanently fixed in an opaque white matrix.. The plates have a tissue culture treatment for cell-based proximity assays. The scintillator is an integral part of the polystyrene and is inert in any biological reaction. Any radioactive-bound component will produce a scintillation event through the plastic. ScintiPlate is not affected by colored buffers. It is also supplied with uncoated, medium bind surface treatment (part numbers 6005340 and 6005349) or can be customized with a variety of coatings.
