The chemagic™ DNA Kits provide automated DNA isolation and purification from a range of sample types, including blood and saliva, on various chemagic instruments. These kits accommodate sample volumes from 600 µl to 10 ml, depending on the kit, and can be used with the chemagic 360, chemagic Prime, and chemagic Prepito instruments. The kits include specialized rod heads (24, 96, or 12) to handle different sample capacities and facilitate efficient nucleic acid extraction from blood, saliva, and buffy coats.

Overview
The chemagic DNA Blood 4k Kit is designed for the extraction of high-molecular weight DNA from 400 µl to 4 ml whole blood with a yield of up to 50 μg/ml. Equipped with a chemagic 24 Rod Head , it is possible to process up to 24 samples in one run. The isolated high-quality DNA is suitable for common downstream applications like NGS, PCR, or long-term storage.
