Overview

50 mL Milling Jars are designed for rapid and efficient disruption of larger samples using the Bead Ruptor 96. The jars are sealed via a screw mechanism with an o-ring interface. Stainless steel jars are ideal for dry grinding or cryomilling applications of very tough material including, bone, seeds, paper and plastics. Stainless steel milling jars must be used with stainless steel milling beads.

Milling jar wrenches are not included, they are supplied with the Bead Ruptor 96 or may be purchased separately P/N 27-250.
