Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total PAX2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, PANC-1 cells were cultured to confluence in 10% FBS containing medium, and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
