Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-CHK2 (Thr68) Assay Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 5 μM Doxorubicin HCl for 30 minutes and lysed in 4 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
