Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Biotin Free Human and Mouse Phospho-STAT3 (Tyr705) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, A431 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 2 μg/mL EGF for 10 minutes and lysed with 5 mL of Lysis Buffer.
