Overview

AequoZen cells expressing the histamine H1 or the muscarinic M5 receptor for flash-luminescence assay. Recombinant, in CHO-K1 host cell. The kit contains two vials of cryopreserved H1 cells (strong calcium response) and four vials of cryopreserved M5 cells (weaker calcium response). A detailed user manual includes protocols and pharmacological properties of each recombinant receptor enabling you to become familiar with the AequoScreen technology.
