The UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations came into force on 1st July 2007. Revvity will finance the cost of treatment, recycling and recovery of WEEE manufactured after 13 August 2005 when this equipment eventually becomes waste. This is referred to as New WEEE.
Under the UKWEEE Regulations, Revvity will finance the treatment, recycling and recovery of old equipment (pre-13 August 2005) when new Revvity purchase replaces, on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis or fulfilling the same function of old WEE. The old equipment that your new purchase replaces is referred to as Historic WEEE.
Revvity is compliant with Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013, with Producer Registration number WEE/HA0048TZ.
