Bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) are a rapidly growing area of immunotherapy, garnering attention as a next-generation strategy for treating cancer. BsAb characterization is essential for design, development, efficacy, and safety assessment.
In this literature review, we describe several functional approaches to characterize novel BsAbs targeting immune checkpoints and the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily, with easy-to-use immunoassays.
