Evaluate a panel of GPCR membranes tested with the GTP Gi binding assay

The HTRF GTP Gi Binding Assay measures the level of Gi protein activation and has the advantage of studying the functional response of GPCRs at one of the earliest receptor-mediated events. This application note features pharmacological data in all models tested using reference agonists and antagonists. The panel of receptors represent a wide variety of membranes and differ in:

  • Biological roles
  • Basal activity behaviors
  • Cellular expression backgrounds
  • GPCR expression levels
