Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) uses heterobifunctional small molecule “degraders”, such as PROTAC® Degraders, to achieve inactivation of target proteins in cells. These degraders take advantage of the ubiquitin-proteasome system to knockdown a protein of interest.
