Optimized EnVision Nexus Alpha performance using apertures and crosstalk minimization mode

This technical note compares Alpha technology measurements on the EnVision Nexus™ and EnVision™ 2105 instruments, focusing on crosstalk reduction. The EnVision Nexus offers two Alpha detection options: Alpha Enhanced and Alpha high-throughput screening. Both use apertures and improved optical design to minimize inter-well crosstalk, resulting in better data quality for AlphaLISA™ and AlphaScreen™ assays. The EnVision Nexus combines these features with other advancements to provide high reproducibility, sensitivity, and signal-to-background ratios in protein interaction studies.
