Interchanging Cas enzymes, deaminases, and aptamerguide RNA combinations to achieve optimal editing with the modular Pin-point™ base editing platform

Read this poster to see how we have applied multiplex base editing using the Pin-point™ system to efficiently develop engineered CAR-T cells and hypoimmunogenic iPSCs, with greater than 70% knockout efficiency.

Using arrayed screening platform developed for high-throughput study of gRNA function and design, we also demonstrate how to further characterize novel Pin-point base editing system configurations containing additional deaminase and Cas components.
