Induced regulatory T cell suppression assay for compound screening
To investigate immunomodulators on iTreg function, compound screening can be a valuable tool to help decipher the immunological profile of drug target candidates.
In this application note, we present our rapid high-throughput in vitro functional assay to assess the effect of compounds on iTreg function to enhance or inhibit their suppressive activity on T cells.
This assay can be run complementary to our previously developed iTreg polarization assay to elucidate the overall activity of compounds on iTreg biology.
