Excellent AlphaLISA assay performance using the EnVision Nexus

In life sciences and biomedical research, detecting and monitoring protein expression, activity, and interaction are crucial for understanding cellular processes and developing new treatments. AlphaLISA™ and AlphaScreen™ technologies offer powerful, bead-based assays with high sensitivity and a broad dynamic range, suitable for various sample types. The EnVision Nexus™ multimode plate reader enhances these assays with two Alpha detection options: enhanced (ENH) and high-throughput screening (HTS). While Alpha HTS delivers high-quality data at incredible speeds, Alpha ENH offers versatility for multiplexing applications. In this technical note, we evaluate the assay performance of EnVision Nexus compared to EnVision™ 2105 using an AlphaLISA Interleukin 8 assay.
