Download your protocol on CD4 T cells differentiation into Th17 cells

IL17 producing Th17 cells playing a complex role in tumor immunity. Induced by TGF-β, IL6, and IL1β, and controlled by the transcription factor RORγt, Th17 cells secrete cytokines which can have either a beneficial or detrimental effect depending on multiple factors.

To help you study this subject efficiently, we have prepared a complete protocol to isolate mouse CD4+ cells and accurately monitor Th17 differentiation.

Featured in this application note:

  • CD4+ T-cell isolation protocol,
  • Th17 differentiation as followed by FACS, ELISA, and HTRF,
  • Valuable data showing the HTRF method’s benefits.
