CRISPRsc: Pooled CRISPR screening with single-cell transcriptome resolution
CRISPR screening provides a powerful approach to quickly identify the genetic interactions that underlie a treatment response.
In this application note, we demonstrate that by probing the transcriptome of each individual cell for its response to a treatment or a stimulus, we can link gene expression signature with drug response. This supports the detection of biomarkers and the development of personalized medicines.
