High-throughput Cell Counting Plates
Revvity’s high-throughput cell counting plates are specifically designed for use with Cellaca cell counters and Celigo image cytometers.
The plates enable 24 cell counts per plate and have the standard footprint for automation compatibility.
When used on the Cellaca platform:
- up to 24 samples can be counted in 48 seconds using Trypan blue staining
- up to 24 samples can be counted in under 3 minutes using AOPI staining solution
- cell-based assays such as apoptosis, mitochondrial membrane potential, protein expression (including GFP and RFP) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) can be performed.
Ergonomic high-throughput cell counting plates are available with counting wells arranged in either a 12 x 2-well or 8 x 3-well format.
An easier-to-use cell counting plate with sample and reagent loading wells labeled for pipetting ease, no plate map required.
